Returns and Cancellations

At GLAMZONE, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Returns and Cancellations policy below.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags must be intact and included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale items

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at glamzoneblr@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To do this, please contact us at glamzoneblr@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
